Choose and manage add-ons

Find optional tools, understand why they are available, and manage purchased access.

Match an add-on to the work you need

The Add-ons page lists optional tools, their current prices and the source of your access. Projects, core procurement, workforce, finance, documents, basic reporting, the client directory, data transfer and collaboration provide the foundation. Optional features extend that work. Included tools vary by plan and trial; the live catalogue is authoritative.

Read the status before buying

Included with your plan or trial means the tool comes from that package. Purchased add-on identifies a separate purchase. Grandfathered or Granted means access was retained or assigned by the platform; it does not prove you bought a new subscription. Payment pending requires completion or review of the payment action. Cancels at period end means access is scheduled to end on the displayed date. Temporarily unavailable or Restricted needs a different resolution from a missing purchase.

An available add-on does not grant every user permission to use it. Your role still needs the relevant actions, and organization switches such as client billing can also apply. If a colleague sees the page but you do not, check access and permissions before buying it again.

Activate, cancel or reactivate

With billing-management permission, open an available add-on, review its price and interval, and confirm the activation action. Self-service purchase requires an eligible paid base subscription; a trial is not a paid base. Complete any checkout or Continue payment step, then verify that the catalogue shows access.

To stop an individually purchased add-on, review its cancellation date and confirm. Where reactivation is offered before expiry, use it and verify the updated status. The add-on’s period can differ from the base plan’s period. Loss of access does not by itself delete the module’s stored records, but do not treat it as a backup guarantee. Arrange any necessary handover or exports while you have the required access.
