Data Import and Export
Bring in master data from CSV files with a validate-then-commit safety check, and export your organization's records for backup or migration.
Use this when: You are moving into TaameerPro from spreadsheets or another system, or you need a full export of your organization's data.
Settings → Data Transfer lets an admin bulk-load master data, such as materials, vendors, or contractors, from a CSV file instead of typing every row by hand, and export the organization's data for backup or migration. Every import is validated before anything is written, and every completed import can be undone.
Importing from CSV

Pick the record type
Choose which entity you are importing, TaameerPro shows the exact columns it expects for that type.

Validate first
Upload the file and validate it, TaameerPro checks every row and shows what would happen, valid, invalid, or duplicate, before anything is saved.

Fix and re-check
Download the error list, correct the file, and re-validate as many times as you need.

Commit
Only once you are satisfied does committing actually create the records.
Nothing is written until you commit
Validation is completely safe to run, it never changes your data, only committing does.
Undoing an Import
Every completed import is kept in your import history with a summary of what it created. If a file was wrong, undo the import and TaameerPro removes exactly the records that import created, it never touches records you or a different import created.
Exporting Your Data
Request an export to package up your organization's records for backup, migration, or your own records. Exports run in the background and appear in your export history with a secure download link once ready.
Admin only
Import and export are restricted to admins and roles you grant user or role management to, since both can move large amounts of company data at once.
