How does the free trial work?+
Every new workspace starts with 14 days of full Professional access. No credit card is required. When the trial ends, subscribe or continue on Starter with your data preserved.
Are modules restricted on Starter?+
No. Every module remains part of the product. Plans differ by user count, active project limits, onboarding, and support—not by feature gates.
What happens when Starter reaches its limits?+
The workspace stays available. You will be prompted to upgrade before adding a fourth user or a third active project, and existing records will not be deleted.
Can we change plans later?+
Yes. Your organization can move between plans as its team and active portfolio change. Project history stays in the same workspace.
What happens if subscription payment fails?+
A 7-day grace period gives the organization time to resolve billing. If it remains unresolved, the workspace moves to Starter while preserving its data.
Can Enterprise use manual invoicing?+
Yes. Enterprise pricing can include manual invoicing, dedicated onboarding, and a support arrangement that fits the rollout.
