Projects, Stages, and Schedules

Create projects, manage stage progress, track schedules and milestones, capture baselines, and use project AI analysis.

Use this when: You are creating or running a project and need to manage its stages and overall progress.

Projects are the main container in TaameerPro. Stages capture how much work is done, the schedule tracks dependencies and milestones, and AI analysis highlights risk, delay, cost, and cash pressure.

The Project Lifecycle

ProjectStagesScheduleDaily ReportReportsAI risk, budget, delay, and activity review
  1. 1

    Create the project

Add the name, client context, location, dates, estimated budget, and who is assigned.

  2. 2

    Break work into stages

Create stages with dates and estimates. Every progress update is kept as history so you can see how the project moved over time.

  3. 3

    Build the schedule

Set dependencies and milestones, then capture a baseline so you can compare planned dates against reality later.

  4. 4

    Operate daily

Supervisors add daily reports, inspections, requisitions, attendance, documents, and progress updates.

  5. 5

    Review health

Use dashboards and project AI analysis for risk, cost, productivity, and delay signals.

How Stage Status Changes

Stage progress states

A stage moves to In Progress on its first real update and to Completed at 100% — subject to any inspection-before-completion rule your company has set.

Any progress above 0% moves a not-started stage into in progress.

Reaching 100% can complete the stage, depending on your inspection rules.

Dependencies cannot link a stage to itself or form a loop.

A baseline preserves the original planned dates so variance can be reviewed.

Automated checks flag blocked dependencies, overdue milestones, and schedule slippage.

Project AI Analysis

From a project you can run an analysis that combines schedule, cost, procurement, and workforce signals into risk scores and recommendations. Treat these as prompts to investigate, not as automatic decisions.

Use AI as a second opinion

AI analysis is good at pointing to where to look. Always confirm against the underlying project, finance, and field records before acting.
