First Login and Company Setup
Set up your company workspace, sign in safely, configure your policies, and prepare the master data you need before live work begins.
Use this when: You are setting up a brand-new company, or signing in for the first time, and want to get the basics right.
Your first setup pass should establish your company identity, secure sign-in, your operating policies, and the core records that projects, procurement, workforce, and finance depend on.
Getting Into the System
A brand-new company starts by registering, which creates the company workspace and the first admin account. Everyone else usually joins through an invitation link: they accept the invite, set a password, and land in the same company.
If your company sign-in page asks for a company name or workspace, enter the one your admin shared with you. This keeps you working inside the right company.
- 1
Register the company
The owner creates the company and the first admin account.
- 2
Invite the team
Admins send invitations from the Users area; each invite is tied to a role.
- 3
Accept and set a password
Invited users open the link, choose a password, and sign in.
- 4
Verify email when prompted
Some companies require email verification before full access is granted.
Admin Setup Checklist
Confirm company name, timezone, currency, default language, and contact details in Settings.
Choose whether payments must be approved before they can be marked as paid.
Set the session timeout that automatically logs out idle users.
Set up email so invitations, password resets, and client/vendor messages can be sent.
Decide whether inspections are required before a stage can be completed.
Decide whether approved daily-report material usage should automatically update stock.
Create your first projects, materials, vendors, contractors, and labourers before daily work begins.
Staying Signed In Safely
TaameerPro keeps your session secure and signs you out automatically after a period of inactivity. If your session expires while you work, the app quietly refreshes it; if it cannot, it returns you to the login page.
If two-step login is switched on for your account, you confirm a one-time code (or a recovery code) right after your password. You are only fully signed in once that code is accepted.
Two-step login adds a second check after your password so a stolen password alone is not enough to get in.
Recommended
Admins and anyone who approves payments should turn on two-step login and save their recovery codes somewhere safe.
