Contact support

Report a problem with enough detail for the support team to investigate.

Create one clear ticket for one issue

If you can sign in, open Support and create a ticket. Enter a concise subject, choose the category and priority, and describe what you were trying to do. Give the page, project or record number, the steps you followed, the expected result and the exact message you saw. For example: “Delivery DN-014: verification fails after entering 20 bags; expected the remaining quantity to be received.”

Attach an image or video where it helps. The support uploader accepts its listed image/video formats up to 100 MB each; other application uploaders have different policies. Remove unrelated personal or financial details from screenshots. If you cannot sign in, use the public contact page.

Follow replies and status

Your permissions determine whether you see only your own tickets or the organization’s tickets. Open the ticket to read the description, attachments, discussion and status. You can update your own description and use the offered comment edit/delete actions; support comments do not use the 15-minute entity-comment rule.

The service team controls ticket status: Open, In progress, Waiting on customer, Resolved and Closed. Waiting on customer means they need information from you. Reply in the same ticket to keep the evidence together; a reply is not itself a manual status change. If a resolved issue persists, explain what still fails and ask the team to continue or reopen it.

Provide evidence without exposing credentials

Before opening another ticket, check the existing conversation and Troubleshooting. Include your approximate local time and timezone when the issue happened. If the problem concerns permissions, name the module and action rather than asking for unrestricted admin access.

Never include passwords, recovery codes, payment-card details or reusable portal links. A record number and a redacted screenshot are usually more useful. Keep the ticket updated when the problem is resolved or when new facts change the original report.
