Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between your organization and TaameerPro when you create a workspace or use the platform. They are written to describe, plainly and accurately, how the service actually works.

This is a courtesy Urdu summary. The English document below is the binding version.
1.The agreement
TaameerPro (“we”, “us”, the “Service”) is a construction project management platform operated from Lahore, Pakistan. By creating a workspace, ticking the acceptance checkbox at registration, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy.
The person who registers a workspace accepts these terms on behalf of their organization and confirms they are authorized to do so. We record the acceptance date and the version accepted against the organization’s account.
2.What the Service is
TaameerPro brings construction operations onto one record: projects and stages, procurement (vendors, purchase orders, deliveries, inventory), workforce (contractors, labourers, attendance, payroll), finance (payments, cost tracking, client billing), documents and drawings, quality and closeout (inspections, punch lists, RFIs, submittals, safety), read-only client and vendor portals, and AI-assisted insights.
AI-generated analysis and recommendations are advisory only. They do not replace professional engineering, financial, or legal judgement, and decisions made on your projects remain your responsibility.
3.Accounts and workspaces
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. Optional two-factor authentication is available and recommended.
- Workspace administrators control who can access the workspace, what roles they hold, and what client and vendor portal access is issued. Activity that happens under your workspace is your organization's responsibility.
- Each workspace's data is isolated to that organization. You may not attempt to access another organization's data.
4.Plans, trial, and billing
- Free trial. Every new workspace starts with a 14-day Professional trial. No payment card is required. When the trial ends without a paid subscription, the workspace is automatically moved to the free Starter limits — your data is retained, but creating records beyond the free limits is blocked until you upgrade.
- Paid subscriptions. Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis at the prices shown on the pricing page. Stripe processes all card payments; we never receive or store your card details. Enterprise customers may be invoiced manually by agreement.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, your workspace enters a grace period during which it keeps full plan access while payment is retried. If payment is not resolved by the end of the grace period, the workspace is downgraded to the free limits. Nothing is deleted on downgrade.
- Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not renewed after that.
- Price changes. We may change prices for renewal periods with advance notice. Price changes never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.
5.Your content and data
Everything you enter into your workspace — project records, documents, photos, financial entries, workforce records, client and vendor details — belongs to your organization. You grant us only the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, and display that content in order to provide the Service.
If you use the AI features, the relevant project data is sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini) to generate the analysis you requested. How we handle data generally, including the full list of service providers, is described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing summary.
6.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful purposes or to store unlawful content;
- upload malicious files or attempt to breach, probe, or overload the Service (rate limits are enforced);
- attempt to access data belonging to another organization or another user's account;
- resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without a written agreement with us;
- reverse engineer the Service except where the law permits it despite this clause.
We may suspend access that we reasonably believe endangers the Service or other customers, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
7.Termination and account deletion
- Deletion by you. A workspace administrator can delete the organization from Settings. Deletion takes effect after a 30-day grace period, during which the workspace can be reactivated. After the grace period the workspace and its data are permanently purged from our systems; copies in rotating backups age out as those backups are replaced.
- Termination by us. We may suspend or terminate a workspace for material breach of these terms or for sustained non-payment. Where practicable we follow the same principle as self-serve deletion: notice first, and a window to export or resolve before anything is removed.
8.Availability, backups, and support
We work to keep the Service available and run scheduled automated backups, but the Service is provided without a guaranteed uptime level unless one is agreed in writing (Enterprise). Planned maintenance may temporarily limit access. Support is provided per your plan as described on the pricing page.
9.Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or losses arising from decisions taken on the basis of information (including AI-generated insights) in the Service.
To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the amount your organization paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10.Changes to these terms
When we materially change these terms we publish a new dated version on this page, record it in the changelog below, and notify workspace administrators. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore, Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
